Bob Dalton is at it again. It seems that Ricart attorney Charles "Rocky" Saxbe is threatening to file a contempt motion against Dalton unless he removes the deposition of Kenneth B. Fink from his website. See Paul Alan Levy's (of Ralph Nadar's Public Citizen) letter to Rocky explaining why he believes that such a motion would fail and that such a motion would stimulate the interest of the press.
I really admire Dalton's tenacity in informing the public about Ricart's sales tactics, and admire Levy's zeal in protecting Dalton's first amendment right of free speach.
Oh, and as a matter of disclosure, Dalton is a client.
